The Duchess of Cambridge opened the new Magic Garden children's playground at Hampton Court Palace this week.Catherine revealed that George and Charlotte have a new family pet- a hamster named Marvin! Apparently Charlotte loves Marvin because his whiskers tickle her face.
The Cambridge family also have a spaniel named Lupo who has appeared in several family portraits over the years. Lupo was a wedding present from Catherine's brother James.
Marvin is based in Anmer Hall where the family spends most of their time.
