Cambridges Off To Balmoral

The Cambridge family flew from Norwich airport to Aberdeen on discount carrier Flybe this week. Aberdeen is the closest airport to Balmoral Castle, the royal family's Scottish retreat where the Queen holidays for a few months each year.

Prince William and his family were joined by nanny Maria Teresa Borrallo for the 75 minute flight from Norwich which is close to the Cambridge's Anmer Hall country home.

William, Catherine and children George, Charlotte and Louis are expected to enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend at Balmoral which was built by Queen Victoria and husband Prince Albert.

Fellow passengers took a few photos of the royal youngsters disembarking at Aberdeen.
