Buckingham Palace State Rooms have once again opened to the public for the summer. Last year, this author toured the rooms and the theme was gifts from the Commonwealth. A special display of personal effects from Diana, Princess of Wales's Kensington Palace study marked the 20th anniversary of the Princess's death.
This year's special exhibition was curated by Prince Charles and features works of art that he has a connection with or that he has especially admired. A previously unseen photo of Charles, Prince William and infant Prince George can be seen by visitors.
