Less than seven hours old, the new baby Prince of Cambridge was shown to the world by his delighted parents Catherine and William. The Duke and Duchess showed off their baby son before returning inside the Lindo Wing briefly to thank staff. The baby was placed in his carrier for the car short drive home to Kensington Place.
Catherine was dressed in a red Jenny Packham dress with white lace trim around the collar. Similar to the colour Diana had worn when she left the same hospital with Prince Harry in 1984. A very appropriate choice for St George's Day as well.
