Catherine and William |
Clarence House today advised that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's second child is expected in April 2015.
"Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015.
The Duchess of Cambridge continues to be affected by Hyperemesis Gravidarum, but her condition is steadily improving."
Catherine and William will today greet the President of Singapore and his wife as part of a State Visit. The meeting will take place at the Royal Garden Hotel which is next door to Kensington Palace. William and Catherine are also expected to attend more formal parts of the State Visit today.
The Duchess' future attendance at engagements is on a case by case basis depending upon her morning sickness.
Since the pregnancy was announced on the 8th September, several royal visits have been cancelled including that of her first solo overseas visit to Malta. Prince William took Catherine's place on that occasion.
Late last week, Catherine and William were photographed attending her obstetrician's rooms for the 12 week scan.
